The area is far away from the main city, but to bluff the renters, they marked the Venus Aprtment in the middle of the Kigali city, inside a circle of the main road. 2. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed."
