"The location of this hotel was perfect for our plans. Staff were helpful. The room was amazing. The full kitchen and balcony were great. The outdoor pool was also very nice! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Poor rooms and breakfast"

"Saludos, El hotel excelente ubicación cruzas y esta el Bayside. Pero, el servicio pésimo, aunque la habitación este ready no la entregan hasta las cuatro. La salida es a las 11am, y te envían un mensaje qué de 10am a 11am tienen mucho flujo. Prácticamente te piden la entregues antes. El baño pequeño, te sientas y si doblas la cabeza choca con el lavabo. Hay que vestirse en el cuarto porque dentro del baño es imposible. La alfombra llena del polvo de pintura. Parece que esta recién pintado. La cortina no corría porque no tenía los palos de correr."

"Okay for a last minute hotel. Most staff was nice. The outlets are too loose and do not work. We parked our car with valet and 2 hours later at 1:30 in the morning someone while we were sleeping woke us up by a knock on our door to pay for our valet which could’ve waited since they do have our keys and it’s not like we could’ve retrieved our car. They had us come down at 1:30 in the morning to pay for our valet which we could’ve done that morning. Very unprofessional and especially as two girls that was a scary experience"

"Place was extremely nice. We stayed in a two bedroom with den. Came with full kitchen and washer dryer. Very nice place. Will book again. "

"Location good, room was clean, breakfast included was awful. Not great choice. Same every day. Scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes. Pastries, bagels and bread for toast, cereal with few other bits. No sliced fruit. Everything was very dry. Could of done with baked beans. Staff were not even serving us. Therefore, no tea, coffee etc offered making dried food hard to swallow. Ok for short stop if not bothered about too many carbs."

"The hotel is dated and a bit rundown. There are renovations going on, but there was no excessive noise from the renovations on the 9th floor in the room."
