This is small local motel. It was clean and comfortable. There a liquor store across the state road and restaurant about 100yards down the road. It’s a no frills, convenient motel in the Catskills. Served its purpose well and I was on the slopes at Belleayre within 8min from the time I left.

excellent place to stay

This was my second time staying here. I needed to sleep one night - very close to Bellayre Mountain. If you need a place to sleep - I recommend staying here. The only place to eat dinner on Monday/Tuesday is Ming Moon's Chinese. I looked on the iphone maps app for food. All the places I found were closed until Wednesday/Thursday/Friday. I did not want to travel too far to get dinner. Other then that, no issues with the hotel. Free wifi is provided.

It suited our needs. We booked it last minute, and we were glad to find a room. They were quite over the top with the contactless experience. Never had a person in the office. We had an issue with the TV and it was fixed while we were out at dinner.

Quaint but disappointing

Our overnight stay was at best semi-comfortable and overpriced for the room. The room was musty on entry. Tile was missing on the bathroom walls and there was mold on the tub. The brights side was the shower was hot and bed was comfortable. The view from outside was pleasant. There was no office or anyone available to assist a guest. I’m being very generous to rate my stay at 3 stars

Good enough for a night before ski day..

Be aware that there is not anyone on the premise to check you in. If you do not receive the check-in instructions via email (happened to me) you must call the number on the office door and you will be provided a key code. From there all was good. Becky was very helpful and friendly getting me into the room. Room was Very clean but the entire place is in desperate need of an entire upgrade.

This was a stopover for me and was great for the purpose. I am impressed with the fact that the hot water came immediately and was very hot. Great for a shower- and hand washing. The place was clean and cared for though showing its age around the edges. The place was easy to find.
