"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well. "Check in was confusing because we arrived at a slightly different address and had to walk 10 minutes. The actual stay was great and for what we paid, I am quite happy with this place. Right near the bus stop to get into Venice!"
