"This was a perfect location. We had a beautiful room with a view of a canal, walking distance to all the main attractions, but off the beaten path just slightly great restaurants and shopping nearby and the hotel itself the staff was outstanding. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful in the morning, staff gave us directions to different things really can’t say enough about this hotel. It was just recently renovated so the accommodations are finished so beautifully."

"This was our last stop on our trip. It was lovely! Elevator to our room was a major plus. The room had so much room for just us two. Breakfast was included and delivered both mornings and it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had a sauna in our room, but did not have time to use it. Wonderful stay!!!"

"Great place to stay but the AC was on chilly whatever we did and I found the bed to be very firm . It was very clean, a credit to the staff . 25 min walk to the bus station which was hard work in the afternoon due to the crowds , but easy in the early morning as the streets were empty in comparison . A few min from the expensive shops which reflects in other shops , the further out the better the prices .Do your research and you will have great time . Nothing is far away as long as you can walk...

"Best hotel in Venice!! Walking distance from San Marco with lots of dinning options. The ferries are walking distance from the hotel and a very quiet street. The room was very clean and spacious. They also had a great breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone! "

"I love this hotel! The room I got was smaller and of course I booked a regular room and not a suite, but it was clean, had a window where I can view and wave at people crossing the small bridge, and a small canal with gondola’s passing thru, and a restaurant across. The noise was minimal during the day, and quiet at night. It was a great location where everything was walkable, walking thru shops, cafes, restaurants, and a few minutes to the grand canal, St Mark’s square, Rialto bridge,...
