"This was our last stop on our trip. It was lovely! Elevator to our room was a major plus. The room had so much room for just us two. Breakfast was included and delivered both mornings and it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had a sauna in our room, but did not have time to use it. "You cannot beat the location, the hotel is literally steps away from San Marco square. My only problem was to find the place, there is no "hotel" sign, the sign actually says "312 Exclusive rooms" and is not on the square, but on a little side street. There is no lobby per se and you have to ring the bell to be buzzed in. Afterwards, your room card also lets you in the front door. I personally loved the quietness and privacy of the place. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room immaculate....

I didn't realize until my first morning when I woke up that the turn down service had not only closed the curtains but had closed the outside shutters. When I opened the window and the shutters, I was treated by the church bells ringing. It was magical!
