"The night we arrived there was a power outage for 2 hours and 25 minutes, the staff informed it was not only at the hotel, but also at couple of buildings in the area. The electricity was reestablished but by midnight there was another outage. The next day there was not hot water in the entire hotel, me and my family had to take a freezing cold shower that night. The hotel location is perfect for seeing all the major sites while still giving you a more quiet evening by hotel if needed. "We arrived and they moved us to a different hotel named Royal San Marco. It was not what we reserved. The location was good but the hallway was very dirty and the room was very old. Shower worked well but beds were hard and uncomfortable. If you book at the hotel, you should stay in the room you reserved. "Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Large bathroom, great shower. Convenient location and very helpful staff. Breakfast had lots of choices and was very tasty. Sealed snacks and fruit were available as well. Staff was helpful with directions and suggestions on what to see or where to eat. Highly recommend!!"

"Loved the location and very easy walk to water transport and sightseeing. It was lovely in the evenings after crowds left to walk and enjoy the square. The building felt very historic and well done. I appreciated the no stairs to the room although the bathtub was challenging for me to maneuver. The staff was wonderful in answering my many questions and very helpful in assisting me to make arrangements. It was a wonderful stay!"

It was super loud, and they told us there were no other rooms available, but then we went back and complained and were given a proper room, and said that was the only one available.
