"We had a lovely stay in Mercure Wein City Hotel. Front desk/ Reception staffs were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping and kitchen/dining room staffs were doing a great job. Highly recommended this Mercure Hotel in District 2. Just 3mins walk and you're in St. Stephen's Cathedral, City Center.."

"I am so glad that my friend and I stayed here during our stay in Vienna. Check in was a breeze, especially with their online process before hand! Definitely take advantage of it. The coffee machine in the lobby that is available for a big chunk of the day was lovely. The room was spacious and clean and very modern! All of the kitchen amenities were awesome! The staff was beyond helpful and kind, especially when I realized I hadn’t booked my stay long enough and needed an extra night. The area around the hotel was nice, lots of restaurants (highly recommend The Nice Guys and Coffee and Friends) and grocery and a quick 10 minute walk to a U line and 5 minute walk to a bus station. Would stay here again in a heart beat! "

"I loved this hotel. It was so cool. Staff were friendly. Room was excellent. Very clean, convenient and quite. My only negative was the pillows. They were too soft and lumpy for me but I get most people like that. Ideal location - walk to the train, shops and the sites in less than 10-mins. The sauna is fantastic!"

"아주 친절하고 깨끗한 컨디션이에요. 새벽 4시에 도착했는데 프론트에 2분이 계셔서 무사히 체크인 할 수 있었어요. 궁전같은 ㅁ자형 건축물이라 가운데 정원을 바라보는데 너무 좋았어요. 주차는 바로 옆에 일40유로에 댔는데, 널널하니 밤에도 주차 가능했습니다. "
