This Hotel needs badly refurbishing. Overall this hotel is from the 70s¨untouched. Great size of the rooms with high celings, but is not well maintained, rust on the balcony railings, and exterier walls falling a part. Food as buffet was OK but generally two options for dinner either chicken leg and not that tasty chunks of beef and rest 6 other side dishes... Never seen anywhere that small TV at 4star hotel, and we have been upgraded to appartment, nice huge room but it felt like beein in hospital room, a bit depressing actually, not even one picture anywhere.

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, ohne Auto alles erreichbar, die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, das Personal äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Séjour très agréable... personnel dévoué et propreté impeccable! Une seule remarque: les repas du soir sont servis entre 17h30 et 20h.... Ne venez surtout pas trop tard car les buffets sont desservis à 20h tapante ! Vous risquez de ne plus pouvoir vous servir en dessert !!! Mais le personnel a été indulgent et nous a cherché tout de même un dessert !

In allen Kriterien ein sehr gutes, empfehlenswertes Hotel. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.Schnelles Einchecken. Zentale Lage direkt gegenüber von Kurpark und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Stadtbereich sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schöne große Zimmer mit Balkon, Parkplatz ist optional buchbar (Reservierung lt. Hotel besser vorab). Frühstücksbuffet: große Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, rohes Gemüse (teilweise Salat), warme Speisen, verschiedene Müsli Abendessen Halbpension: Reichhaltiges Abendbuffet mit täglich wechselsenden Gerichten. Essen war immer sehr lecker. KellnerInnen super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rezeption: Keinerlei Verständigungsprobleme. Es wurde alles in gutem Deutsch ausführlich erklärt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Das Badezimmer war ein kleiner Raum mit einer alten knarrende Tür und einem Spiegel der alles verzerrt. Das Zimmer war groß genug für den Aufenthalt aber mit einen alten Holz Fußboden mit Teppich der auch bei jeden Schritt knarrte. Tag und Nacht war ein unangenehmes Lüfter Geräusch zu hören. Das Abendessen war lieblos und teilweise nicht definierbar so das wir außerhalb Essen waren. Frühstück war definitiv kein 4 Sterne Niveau aber man ist satt geworden da immer wieder Speisen nach gelegt wurden. Zum Beispiel die Brötchen waren wie aus den Tiefkühlschrank und nicht aufgebacken. Was sich Spr- Bereich nennt ist eine Sauna im Keller mit einer Holztür und irgendwelchen Seitengängen die zu Massage Räumen führen. Alles nicht einladend. Hotel ist insgesamt keine 4 Sterne.

Wonderful hotel with excellent breakfast

Nice hotel with beautiful lobby. I only stayed for one night, so didn't get to experience the amenities or spa. Fantastic breakfast as well - one of the best I've had in this price range.

Es war in großen und ganzen alles gut.Das Zimmer im Hotel war in einem Retrostile eingerichtet aber braucht eine Renowierung. Im Restaurant sind alle freundlich und Essen hat gut geschmeckt.

Es ist ein wunderbares altes Hotel. Vieles läßt noch an die damalige Hochzeit in Marienbad erinnern. Doch allen nur eine schöne Fassaden ist es eben auch nicht. Ab 22 Uhr gibt es nichts mehr zu Essen und ein Bummel entlang der Hauptstraße stimmt einen nachdenklich, denn viele der damals schönen Läden sind leer und blickt man eine Straße hinter die Hotels, sieht man viele verwahrloste umrenovierte Häuser.

Prima locatie

Fraai hotel, heel dicht bij het kuurpark. We zaten bovenin en hadden een fraai uitzicht vanaf ons balkonnetje. Ruime kamer. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Betaalde parking bij hotel.

Beautiful architecture, wonderful breakfast and attentive personnel in restaurant. Hotel a bit worn and staff not customer centric. Spa was closed and asked for help in getting into another spa and told no. Would not make phone calls or facilitate in any way. Loved the location underwhelmed with staff attitude.
