"The staff was very accommodating and kind during our stay. I requested an early check-in because my mom had just undergone surgery, and although check-in was officially at 2 PM, they allowed us to check in at 1:30 PM, which we truly appreciated.

"First and foremost, I do love Heritage Hotel Manila. I recommend it a lot with my friends and families, but this time around I just have a few mishaps that can be improved:
1. I know that the Hotel is quite old. As a solo traveller this time around for at least two nights, I wish I requested a room closer to the elevator - mine was near the end of the third floor hallway, I was so scared. Especially at night time - the halls are dimly lit.
