"I loved everything about this hotel. From the sweet valet, to the welcome cocktails the minute we checked in, to the attentive pool staff bringing waters and towels upon arrival. The lobby bar has an incredible coconut rum with butterfly pea tea cocktail. And the room was gorgeous— 10/10! We can’t wait to come back!"

"We absolutely loved our stay Riverside. We were located right in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and shopping. We had a balcony suite with a city view. We arrived before our check-in and the staff was kind enough to let us check in early. They recommended ways to get around since we didn’t have our vehicle. We will be definitely staying at Riverside again."

"The hotel was perfect except for one thing. There were people who came on the roof while my grandchildren were swimming in the pool. These people had done things that are not allowed so we were forced to leave before closing!The staff did nothing to prevent it or ask them to stop!"

"The unit was cute and cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the army of gnats that invaded the unit and flew in my face all night and concern about the back door. The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder. However, the neighborhood seemed relatively safe and I managed to lean a chair against the door so that it would fall and make a noise if somebody did...

"Good stay in Fort Lauderdale, this place was clean, close to many areas like Las Olas and Broward Convention Center. Some stuff did not work like the light of the fan but it had two other lamps that didn't made it completly dark. The attention was great, place is good and had fun with no noise from other properties."

"The hotel is conveniently located however the staff is all dry, cold, and not welcoming at all. Check in was dry and not pleasant as a Marriott member. The food was not tasty the salsa was thick and pasty, the bacon was too crunchy and greasy and the turkey sausage looked gross. Definitely not going to be returning or recommending."

"Good location! Ample parking. When I checked in, the staff cleaning the rooms were very loud. The room was clean with lots of plugs. No view. Breakfast was great one day and so-so the other. Elevators are VERY SLOW! Rooms are quiet and beds nice and big. They have an airport and port shuttle. I will stay here again."
