"The suggestion from hotel cavalieri staff to walk our luggage to the apartment was absurd. Rolling a 29" luggage and wheely carryon over bridges with stairs is ridiculous and very contrary to a 1st class experience we paid 85 euros to have a water taxi to collect us from the apartment
A wardrobe door was broken off its hinges before we arrived making the safe inside unusable dissappointing

"Nice little hotel, close to Piazza San Marcos, though not too close to exit the hotel into a sea of people walking. The Alilaguna and vaporetto stations are about 5 minutes walking.
We had a wonderful stay. The staff members were extremely nice and accomodating. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and we slept well. The rooms are small, but normal for this city."

Everything was perfect – the room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the beach was just a short walk from the hotel. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the friendly staff. The only minor issue was the condition of the bicycles – they could use a bit of maintenance.
We would definitely love to come back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

"Right by the Vaporeto station and the shopping street. Nice walk path to the Ferry, 25 mn walk. Vey clean. Wonderful breakfast included. And very tasty restaurant. Good beds but hard foldable beds with very flat pillows."
"Great location, very close to some of the main attractions. Very accessible from the train station, via the Vaporetto. We used the hotel as a base to explorer and it was ideal. 4 of use ( 2 adults plus a 13 and 8 year old) shared a spacious room overlooking a canal busy with gondola traffic. The kids loved it. Breakfast good, staff extremely friendly and helpful. "
"Our room was very large and well-appointed and very clean. The hotel is steps away from one of the larger canals so getting there was easy. Santa Maria Formosa is across the piazza, and it's easy to get to almost anywhere as it's in the "center of town", if you will. The staff was SO friendly and helpful, honestly it was a magical stay. I can't wait to go back!!"
