"The sweetest community of ppl. Front desk was always the nicest. Very sweet ppl. Hotel was clean, & spacious. It’s pretty much an apartment. Only downside, no elevators…but we all need exercise. lol…..Property is well maintained and pretty garden. A nice hidden gem for the low on your bucks. If your nit looking for a super fancy resort, this is definitely your stay! Better than a regular hotel. I love the apartment style. Would most def stay again! "

"We loved Velas! The property was stunning, impeccably kept up. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful and location was great. Very close to the airport was lovely on our departure day and a taxi into town was not bad. Will definitely go again. "
