"There were three main problems. 1. They didn’t have our reservation when we got there and we had to wait 45 minutes for them to sort it out. When we finally got the two rooms we had booked they were not ocean view but in the basement as they said the others were full.
2. The basement floor where our rooms were had open access to the pool area which was not secured with a key card lock. Anyone could walk in. And some did.
3. There were at least a dozen or so teenaged boys - not guests of the...
