"Lovely quiet area with public transport very close by, self check in a bit confusing especially if you arrive later at night when you have traveled all day long but if you take your time it's ok. The rooms are nice and clean but looking a bit tired now and would be nice to have a kettle in the room so you can make a hot drink, there is a large flask in the foyer/lobby but it gets cooler later on, also there's some teas and fruit there when the dinning room is closed. "We had known that there were extra charges added to the bill before staying here but we had not expected just how much. We were charged an extra 250.12 euro at the end of our trip for 4 adults and 2 children. They have tried to charge us this amount twice. We are alerting the visa fraud team about this now. These charges are shocking considering we used our own internet and did not pay for wifi which I understand is very expensive. We were charged over 80 euro to rent bedlinen and towels!!...

"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases.
