We liked it as it suited our basic needs for a bike trip on the Greenbriar.
It’s a small cozy place. We made it work for us.
Would have liked to know about the microwave ahead of time as the listing nor photos did not show it. We might have planned a few things differently knowing it was there.
All in all good. No complaints

The cabin itself was absolutely beautiful. But the grass was very high and we arrived after dark and we were scared to walk through the tall grass.
The beds were very uncomfortable(it felt like when you sat on bed it went straight to floor).
We had purchased our fishing license so we could fish but we couldn’t get to the water.
When I looked at pics for cabin it showed pics of the river but it’s a very long walk (my husband is an amputee) I wish they would have disclosed how far away the river was.
The peacefulness of this cabin was wonderful!

Serenity if you can make it there
We had a good time here, but there are things that could use improvement. There was a snowstorm the day we were set to arrive and we were not sure if we were going to be able to get to the property. I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay. I wish we would have had been notified sooner of the lack of phone service, lack of plowing, and also the fact that there is NO snowshovel to use. The generator came on at midnight and stayed on for hours, which kinda killed the peacefulness at night. Was told that it may not happen if the solar panels get enough sun, but they were covered in snow and...we were not given a snow shovel.
The cabin is cozy though and loft is the best place to sleep in the Winter. It's a good place to get away from it all and I imagine it is very nice in the warmer weather as it is on the creek.
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but there were just something's that led us scratching our head.
