When we arrived they gave me to a room in the basement ,when I complained ,they offered me a room on the first floor with no lock in the bathroom door. They charge £30 a week for using the air conditioning which wasn't mentioned when we booked. IIyou choose not to pay for the air conditioning and instead you prefer to open the window for fresh air ,you can't, because in the bedroom the window is locked.I think they...
