"Great service. Very friendly staff. The breakfast food was great as was the veranda and staff service. Great location right in the heart of the Medina but also peaceful inside the hotel"

"Quel bel aménagement extérieur, et le service aussi était impeccable. Nous avons tout aimé de cet hôtel."

"Lovely accomodation, perfectly located and super helpful staff. Hammam experience was incredible!"

"The staff at Riad Khabia were very accommodating and welcoming. Rashid welcomed us warmly and gave us a clear explanation of places we could visit. The riad is very well located, fairly close to the souks of Marrakech, but far enough away to have peace and quiet at night. The breakfast at the riad was excellent and they packed us breakfast-on-the-go when we had early morning excursions."

"Fantastic rooms and a beautiful hotel centrally placed in Marrakech, ideal for walking everywhere. The food choice is amazing. Really helpful and lovely staff, anything is no trouble at all. However some more expensive rooms situated below a nightclub/restaurant, is very loud into the night, past midnight, is hard for guests who need their sleep."

"Dépaysement total dans cette magnifique endroit. On ne s’attend vraiment pas à cela en s’y rendant, mais vous y trouverez un endroit merveilleux."

"Chambre propre personel qualifie mes remerciements vont vers la reception surtout."
