Très familial, grandes piscines, cadre superbe . En revanche, ‘’invasion’’ de fourmis dans la cuisine et des cafards retrouvés dans la salle de bain, heureusement à la fin du séjour . Il n’y avait malheureusement que le minimum dans la cuisine également.

Alt, überal Karkerlaken, im Bad, im Schlafzimmer. Wir sind 5 Tage geblieben dabei wurden uns nicht einmal die Handtücher getauscht, haben wir oft reklamiert und am Ende müssten wir neue Handtücher selber kaufen. Eine Katastrophe.

L'emplacement est parfait, l'agencement de l'appartement , les chaine de television disponible ce que je suggere comme melioration : cha,ger les draps et les oreillers qui sont en tres mauvais etat , couvertire dechiree , manque equipement cuisine (detergent torchons, bouilloire), manque serviettes moyenne dans les salles de bais : 2 fournies pour 4 personnes manque porte serviettes dans la salles de bains

Tog 2 timmar att hitta hotellet, när vi väl hittade behövde vi åka till en annan reception som var 15 min bilväg ifrån. Vi ringde receptionen minst 10 gånger utan svar.

Séjour en famille

État général de l hôtel bon. Tout déplacement doit se faire en taxi ou location de voiture. Une superette se trouve à 1km mais impossible de s y rendre à pied. Petit déjeuner pas terrible et pas réapprovisionner, exemple plus de jus d orange pendant 3 jours, plus d œufs pour le midi. Ce n est pas un restaurant mais un snack. Nous avons du acheter notre rosé pr le soir car plus en stock. Plus de vodka, pas de glaçon donc apero chaud. Piscine ferme à 19h et pareil pr le snack. A 20h nous sommes ds le noir. Les appartements n ont pas le WiFi qui se trouve qu à la piscine du snack et à la réception. Appart pr 4 personnes, 2 serviettes de douche. Pas de papiers de toilettes. Literie était propre nous avons très bien dormi. Climatisation ds les appart, c est fort agreable. Jolie piscine mais pas spécialement propre en milieu d après midi et infestée de crapaud des 23h, un étang se trouvant aux abords ce celle ci. Un. Peu trop de favoritisme pour les propriétaire.

sehr schöne Hotelanlage, aber sehr abgelegen

Sehr schönes geräumiges Appartement, wunderschöne Holzdecke und Mosaike, aber das Sofa war nicht mehr ausziebar, der Stoff war sehr abgenutzt und die Stühle fleckigbeschmutzt. Der Fernseher war vorsinnflutlich. Die Lampen waren sehr schwach, so dass man nicht mal ein Buch lesen konnte. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, warmes Wasser sofort verfügbar, elektrische Roladen. Küche mit Ceranfeld und Backofen, aber keine Löffel und Gläser. Sehr schone gepflegte weitläufige Anlage, aber ohne eigenes Auto eher schlecht erreichbar. Sehr schone Poolanlage.

Avoid if possible

Hotel is beautiful but likely understaffed. In my two nights there my suite wasn't cleaned and the beds weren't made. The wifi also doesn't work in the rooms---one has to venture towards the reception desk or the hotel restaurant to catch a signal. Worst off I was fleeced multiple times by the taxi drivers called for me by the front desk in what seems to be a ponzi scheme with the hotel staff. The most egregious example happened with a car I had requested to drive me from the hotel to the Casablanca airport in order to catch an early flight. I had agreed to the standard 1000 dirham price with the receptionist (with multiple vocal confirmations including the fact that I only needed to pay 600 dirhams after giving a 400 DH deposit) only to find that the driver expected 1500 dirhams and wouldn't leave for the originally agreed upon price. At the time, that receptionist was nowhere to be found. I can only imagine the experiences must be worse for people who do not speak arabic like myself.

Horrible, smells bad, worst staff

100% waste of my vacation, I ve been to many place and this is truly the most horrible experience. Just check out my pictures... I dont even know where to begin...leaking ceiling, bad smell, tv from the 80' with three working channels if you are lucky, smell of moisture. Fyi They wont refund a penny if you decide to cancel and go to another hotel..they dont even have anyone at the reception but when you do, apparently their job is just to hand you the key and leave (what a joke) for issues you have to call a number and wait 24hr for an answer .. and of course they dont work weekends.. just dont waste your money.. I ended up leaving the hotel without a refund and paid for another one.

Des vacances dans un décor de rêve

Le cadre est magnifique, beaucoup de palmiers, de fleurs, déco marocain très sympa. Idéal pour un séjour en famille. On entend les oiseaux chanter matin, c'est très agréable. Les piscines sont assez grandes pour pouvoir y nager avec aisance et y trouver un transat. Il y a plusieurs piscines dont une vraiment avec un décor magnifique mais trop loin de notre appartement. La personne à l'accueil est très sympa et le personnel très agréable. Le seul désagrément rencontré est que nous étions 5 et qu'il n'y avait que 4 couchages. Contrairement à notre dernier séjour en 2015, le canapé n'était pas un convertible cette fois et il n'était pas conçu de façon à pouvoir s'y coucher. Ca nous a bien contrrarié mais heureusement tout nous convenait pour le reste. Dommage cependant qu'il n'y ait pas quelques petites animations. Mostafa

Very bad hotel

Dirty hotel, children swiming pool not clean. Staff never respond when we tried to join them by phone from the room. Staff never ask us if we want to change Towels, so we kept the same 2 towels for the whole week. I am very sincere, I really would not recommend this hotel

Vdr. motioncenter og transport

Jeg valgte hotellet pga. motioncenteret, hvor jeg fandt ud af at jeg skal betale ekstra gebyr for at bruge motioncentret, som ligger i et hotel et andet sted, der koster ca. 214 DKr. for transport for hvergang. Vdr. transport, der var ikke en shuttle, der kører til byen.

Employés ni serviable ni professionnels

Nous avions réservé un appartement avec balcon pour la sécurité, ils ont essayé de nous loué un rez de jardin , nous avons du fortement protester. Le ménage de l'appartement et bâclé et fait que tous les 4 jours tout comme le renouvellement des serviettes, chose dont nous n avions connaissance. D'une manière générale les bâtiments et les jardins / piscine sont super mais le personnel est nul et tente d'en faire le moins possible quitte à sacrifier la qualité de service.

Séjour décevant

Nous venons d'y séjourner pour 4 jours et nous sommes très déçus. En effet aucune animation , aucun restaurant ouvert , lavabo qui fuit , douche bouchée, cafards tous les jours morts un peu partout ( avec 2 bébés c'est catastrophique ) ménage fait à moitié (poussière sous les meubles , tables... ) pas suffisamment de serviettes pour tous le monde et lorsqu'on apelle on nous donne le strict minimum . D'ailleurs LA serviette ne peut être changée qu'au bout de 4 jours je trouve ça inadmissible. Mobilier très moyen (intérieur et extérieur ) tv brouillé , pas de serviettes pour la piscine..infrastructure vieillissante !!! enfin bref je vais m'arrêter là mais je suis très très déçu . Je ne le conseille pas et je n'y reviendrai plus .
