We really enjoyed staying at this property. We would suggest scheduling a transfer with them as they will meet you at an entrance point and walk you to the riad. In a perfect location tucked away from the chaos but accessible by foot.

Our time at the Riad Kaya was excellent. They arranged the airport collection and met us at the taxi drop off in the Medina so we didn’t get lost. The interior was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was wonderful. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend this Riad to anyone I know

The Riad was exquisite. As soon as we entered the Riad, we were treated like royalty. The place was extremely clean, the room was beautifully decorated, luxurious linens and was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and respectful! They greeted us with tea, assisted us with luggage, helped us with booking the Spa and arranged the transfer to the airport. Breakfast was scrumptious and had lots of variety. Overall we had an amazing experience. Highly recommend it!

Such an amazing Riad with an incredible staff! Thank you so much for the hospitality and attention to care. This Riad is located at the center for Medina and is so perfectly located to everything you need. The souks, the sites seeing places, all the amazing restaurants. It’s truly a hidden gem. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. The cleaning service is so quick and efficient. Every time we left in the morning and came back in the afternoon it was complete. Great quick breakfast in the mornings on the terrace or ground floor - either are very cozy and the food is delicious. What made this experience even better was the amazing staff. Thank you especially to Ghizlane and Youness. Both made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Amazing staff, amazing people, amazing service. I would recommend this place to everyone and will be recommending to my family and friends for sure. Checking out and assistance with the taxi is also smooth and efficient. When we first got there, our first thought was this is a beautiful room. It's a clean facility, the room was really nice (although the shower was tiny), and the location was great. The breakfast was good. The service was great....except after we checked out. After we checked out, we started receiving messages of pictures of items they were accusing of us breaking. They told us we had to pay for it and I refused so they said they can call the police and we can handle it with them so I told them go ahead because I know for sure we are NOT guilty of breaking anything. They said we broke a ceiling lamp that we cannot even reach. One was above the bed and one above the bedside table. They even said we took the broken lamp and placed it on the counter. That is definitely NOT true since we had all our small belongings on that table the entire time so there was definitely no room for a lamp. To us, it seemed that someone probably went to clean the room after we left and broke it and decided to put the blame on me and my family. This totally ruined the end of our trip since we spent hours in their lobby waiting for the police that never came. I doubt they even called them. The woman host was VERY rude to us after this incident and she just kept forcing the issue that WE are the ones that broke it. The male host, Youness came in the evening and he definitely backed us up. He believed us and did not place any blame on us. I would give him a 10 star for his service and character.

Staying at Riad Kaya made our stay in Marrakech extra special. We were given a warm welcome from the onset from Chouaib, who was beyond kind and helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean throughout and the breakfast offering was both generous and delicious. Chouaib also makes the best Moroccan tea! Once we were familiar with the location, the route to the Main Street was straightforward and safe. We will definitely be visiting Riad Kaya again!

Il Riad si trova nei pressi di una piccola piazza che funge da punto d’appoggio per i taxi oltre ad essere vicino alla posta utile per il cambio del denaro. La struttura è molto graziosa all'interno della Medina ed a 10 minuti a piedi dal palazzo Bahia e, poco più, dal palazzo El Badiì, Camere senza televisore ma, in cambio, con buoni servizi: nespresso, tisane e bottiglia d’acqua fresca tutti i giorni. Colazione SUPER, in stile Marocchino, abbondante e diversa ogni giorno nonché completa di tutto: portata salata, dolce ed anche frutta. Il Riad si raggiunge a piedi percorrendo una traversa della via principale il chè lo rende un po’ difficile da individuare ma se ne guadagna in tranquillità. In poche parole: ottima struttura,a noi è piaciuta molto e ci torneremo sicuramente se avremo occasione in futuro di visitare nuovamente Marrakech. Con l’occasione un ringraziamento a Fatima e Chouaib per l’assistenza durante i trasferimenti.
