"I always have a nice stay at this hotel. However, this time, there was a tech issue with the front desk and they could not find many reservations, and it was total chaos. Took hours for them to find it, honor it, and then issue a room, which then I found was already occupied when I got to the room. While I understand that these things happen....they shouldn't.
