"Kamal at the front desk and the other gentleman are amazing and very helpful ! Also the restaurent staff were super nice ! I think Abdulatif and another guy. The only downside is the hotel is very quite, limited dining / food options and transportation! "

"They gave us free upgrade. So we got a suite with balcony view. It was lovely, felt well rested and the rooftop pool was AMAZING!!! Worth the price. Just wish I could try their buffet/restaurant but no time. "

"The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc. "

"Things started off very well with a welcome pot of mint tea and a very kind young man who seemed to want to take good care of us. However we experienced some communication issues with him because neither his French or English was very fluent. Our bathroom smelled of sewage, and we weren't served breakfast our last morning.
