"It was clean, staff was nice, it’s definitely outdated n it says there is an balcony option for higher rate but it’s not and I feel maybe that should be updated on the website cuz I need a balcony becuz I hate walking all the way outside for fresh air I was excited wen i seen the option then was mad wen I arrived but I would stay again "

"We were only there overnight so can’t comment on pool or nearby shops. The room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed speaking with Robert, the gentleman who checked us in. it look like anything else any other river well, of course roll along well I disagree that it wasn’t. I thought if you took a look at the current of that river and realize what it’s called the mighty Mississippi Mississippi for a reason that that river is one of the longest of the longest, strongest rivers in the world so, where does it go? How many different states does it?"

"The room was not up to par. There was rust & burn stains on the tables in the room as well as stains on the bedding. The bathtub/shower needed to be remodled. Staff was not that friendly either. They had a person in the lobby that that was soliciting people to be shuttled to places to & from the hotel. This person called it a shuttle but it in fact was a mini van with a handicap place card that the guy was stuffing too many people into. The driver was rude & had no idea what he was doing & was taking on more than he could handle. The location is not that great either, I definitely would not stay here again!"

"This property has Valet parking only at 65.00. Street parking is the same price. Your car is suppose to be protected but they seem to like to damage people's cars and then not say anything. They had to have known its not a scratch its a DEEP scratch on my brand new car. "
