"Staff were great - all very friendly in all occupations
Some were outstanding and took exceptional care of us
Bathrooms were exceptionally clean around the clock.
Food was very tasty - compared to the Hilton Marsa Alam - the flavours were far superior - less to choose from but great diversity and flavour density.
The fish were very abundant and diverse- many turtles - eel - and hundreds of fish and coral
Spent 9 days there and would do it again - great value for sure"
"We loved this place. Staff is amazing, clearly management is keeping a tight leash to ensure quality, the property is well maintained, and the greenery is amazing. Food is varied and of very good quality, especially for an all-inclusive resort. We are a family of 3, two adults and a 7 years old boy. Just a few points of improvement.
1. While all staff is great, the beach bar staff are not. They are slow even when they see a long queue. Slow as in they are chatting to each other.
2. Could be more generous with pillows and towels (only 3 pillows and three towels for a room that sleeps 3). They did bring us more whne we asked. The pillow quality is also not great.
3. The animation team can do a better job with Egyptian kids. We addressed this issue and they responded that our child is the only Egyptian in the resort and they did make some effort with him. But later in our stay there were more than 10 Egyptian kids and none were intersted to join activites as no one was "marketing" the activities to them. Maybe some Arabic kids songs? It would have been a much better experience for us, the adults, if our son had been more included in the activities. Again, they made an effort when we asked, but we believe it should be something that they do anyway.
4. They said the pools were heated but they were very very cold so we suspect they were not heated.
In general, it was a good stay and we would like to repeat it, but these are just some points of improvement. "
"We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The accommodation was comfortable and clean . The food and drinks were simply fantastic: every dish was fresh, varied, and delicious,
The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, always responding with a smile to every request, which truly made us feel at home.
The pool was perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and a refreshing swim, leaving us completely recharged.
Overall, this hotel is a perfect choice in every way: the comfort, hospitality, and entertaining programs combined to make our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely return"
"It is a beautiful, well maintained resort in a gorgeous area. But this is where it stops. If you are expecting the standards of a Hilton hotel, look elsewhere. First, you go on the beach hoping for some relaxing time. But you get continuously pestered by sales people from the hotel who are trying to sell you this safari and this dive and what not. This was truly annoying, especially that in conversations, they get too familiar with you and start asking personal questions about things that they have no business inquiring about. One of these had a very slick presentation and we signed on to an exotic trip. We ended up in a beaten car driven by some maniac who drove 150km/hr on a road where the speed limit is 100km/hr, and a car that felt like it would break apart any minute. Then, the trip overran its time and we had to cut it short. The pricing is left to the usual bazar-like haggling, which is another layer of annoyance. Why can't the hotel just put fixed prices and make everything clear on check in and be done with that? Also, when you go there, don't sign for any of the restaurants! We signed up for one night, the food was cold, the bread came straight from the fridge, and everything felt like you are being gouged price-wise. I complained to the staff, and they apologized, rather profusely, but I had to pay for it because "the system is too complicated and once an entry is made it cannot be removed"- said the lame excuse of the property manager. The worst Hilton experience"
"We stayed at Wadi Sabarah Lodge for 10 days and loved it.
The architecture is elegant, respects the local heritage, and blends beautifully with the landscape.
The buildings are complemented by extensive desert gardens curated by the one and only Dr. Irina. The combination fosters a sense of peace and harmony.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful sea view. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Cleanliness and hygiene were excellent throughout our stay.
The restaurant is located on the upper floor of the main building and offers a stunning view over the lodge complex and the Red Sea.
The food is outstanding and intentionally focused on Egyptian cuisine. Lunch and dinner menus are set. One can always ask for more. Fixed mealtimes give the day a pleasant rhythm. Outside of food times, unlimited fresh fruit is always available free of charge.
Restaurant service even surpassed the quality of the food. Everyone we talked to was warm and made us feel like we were on a family vacation. We mainly interacted with We mainly interacted with Abdelmaseeh, Mina, and Nabil. They were extraordinarily attentive, kind, accommodating, and fun.
The on-site diving and snorkeling centers are excellent, provide equipment, and monitor sea conditions. Everyone working there was fun, kind, and professional.
Wadi Sabarah Lodge is a fantastic choice for travelers who value calm, high-quality food, exquisite service, thoughtful design, and respect for nature.

"Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn’t work in my room and the staff was very slow to respond kept me waiting for hours. I had to demand to be moved to another room. I was sweating in my room. It was so hot. I was surprised at the lackluster care they took for their guest. To make up for, their mistakes, they could’ve comped me the room, but they didn’t."
