"Property is in excellen condition, lovely large room (superior), and only 3 minutes walk to the towns promenade. Only drawback, which was not the accommodations fault, was the reconstruction of road and adjacent pavement. Noisy during the day, but unless you plan to stay in your room all day its no big deal.Works will be shortlived, dont let this discourage you from staying here, would highly recommend it."

"What an excellent boutique hotel! We arrived very late and although the front desk staff departs at 9pm, we were able to enter without issue with the provided doorcode. Our room had everything we needed and the bed was amazing. The morning breakfast had plenty to offer and was perfect after a day of travel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. "Perfect location, lovely staff and very nice breakfast. Only negative was the beds have no give in them so uncomfortable , the shower is see through and the toilet has no door . Not a problem for us but others may not like it. "
