"We gas the first morning had till 11 am to have a hot drink. When hot water is on the boiler is very noisy. The bathroom was too narrow and the towel hooks stcking out did not help. The oven did not smell right when lit and we did not use it. "

"The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. "Our second stay at this well placed, clean, comfortable hotel near Ramsgate. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Our room was large, comfortable bed, very clean. The bar area has lots of comfortable seating, TV. The breakfast is possibly the highlight, plenty of choice including full cooked option which you help yourself to. Well cooked, hot, eat as much as you like. Parking could be an issue, especially for later check-ins, probably because this hotel is very popular, easy to see why."

"Very spacious hotel in a lovely building and quiet road, close to the beach top promenade. We walked everywhere. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was really nice, full hot and cold buffet and extra menu to order from. Very friendly staff."
