"the room was clean and spacious but its big problem was the noise from the traffic outside. Motorbikes revving and cars repeatedly tooting until 2am in the morning every night. There are major traffic jams outside the room which causes the drivers to get very frustrated for long periods of time. And the traffic goes almost all night.
Also the shower was half broken and also the shower door. which I didn’t complain about because i made do (and they had obviously attempted to fix it previously ...

"The location was close to lots of cool areas of Marseilles, but it was, itself in a pretty sketchy area with lots of pickpockets, homeless and addicts about.
The room was well stocked with crockery, which would be helpful for a longer stay (we were only there one night), but the bathroom had mold, the floors and floor boards were warped and the headboard was stained.
Then there is the staff - who are less than helpful. We sought an extra pillow for our room and were given a number of “reasons”...

"Very large space, and good location, perfect for our needs, right near train station and 10-15 min walk to the old port.
There was a bit of a weird smell of something septic like in the bedroom that we would notice only in the mornings. And I wouldn’t say the kitchen is FULLY stocked, but it was more than sufficient for us, we enjoyed having a fridge and the coffee machine. Just grabbed some pods at the store.
I did try to message a few time about getting the wifi info with no replies from host....
