"Room was dirty, small, floors so uneven that suitcase rolled towards the door, had to unplug fridge to operate the coffee maker, entrance from rear parking lot filthy, room was not what was advertised on Expedia, no way near what was depicted. Big disappointment. Stay at the Hampton Inn in Littleton"

"We had a lovely stay! The property is gorgeous, and the views are absolutely stunning. While our overall experience was positive and we would happily return, we did notice a few areas for improvement. First, the breakfast felt overpriced for the options provided, and we noticed some trash left in common areas that wasn't cleared for a couple of hours, which made us wonder if the team was short-staffed. Additionally, since resort guests often look for diverse culinary experiences, we'd love to see the breakfast and dinner menus expanded in the future."

"I absolutely loved this place and the staff. Everything exceeded our expectations! There was a restaurant on site that I was not expecting and made this over the top wonderful for our stay. Wonderful location, beautiful view, suburb food, atmosphere was delightful and wished we had stayed more than a night."

"I seriously can't overstate how amazing the staff here is, I made their lives way more of a hassle than it needed to be, but they never made me feel like I was being a burden. The first night I arrived I was super late getting in, but the lady at the desk was so kind to leave my room key in the front for me just to make sure that I wouldn't have any trouble getting in, in the event there was no-one there to assist me. I thought that was so considerate. Then - on top of that, when checking out, I left some clothes in the bathroom. I called them and one of the staff, Matt, was so quick to spring into action to check for me. He looked in the room for me, was super communicative, and was a real hero in my book. Eventually ended up getting my items returned which was outstanding. Otherwise, the premise was extremely tidy, like - more tidy than hotels triple the price. So, if you're looking for comfort I wouldn't worry here. The town itself is pretty quaint. Not a whole lot of foot traffic if you're used to big cities but I don't imagine people stay here for night life! Overall solid stay -"

"I would recommend considering this property only as a last option. There were several issues during my stay in Room 22 that significantly affected the overall experience: 1. The wooden back support of the bed was broken. Whenever I leaned back against it with a pillow, it shifted toward the wall and felt unstable. 2. The bathroom sink had a severe water clogging issue. I had to call the attendant, and even after that, it was only managed temporarily. 3. The bed covers and blankets did not appear clean and looked dirty. 4. The toilet height seemed unusually low, may be suitable perhaps for a small child, but quite uncomfortable for an adult. Overall, the maintenance and cleanliness standards did not meet expectations."
