"I’ve never stayed in a noisier hotel. I literally got one hour of sleep because of the people upstairs as well as surrounding rooms. Also I’m the cars around were revving their engines until 3pm. It’s a nice place but would never stay again. "

"Guests need to be prohibited from taking up multiple parking spaces with commercial style and sized trailors. Someone took up six to seven guest parking spaces with their Jeep Grand Wagoneer towing a huge (long) trailor with their Jeep pickup on it. Not cool. Not cool at all."

"The biggest asset for this property is the staff. They are friendly and accommodating - I've been at big hotels where the staff was professional, but this place made me feel welcome.
I was there during spring break so everything was booked and it was loud and noisy till one in the morning. Also, it's very close to a main street which made it very hard to sleep due to noise although the property has some great amenities there's a lot that needs to be repaired."

"This was a great place to stay with 4 kids. The pool was nice, but it didn't have a hot tub. We had to pay $8.00 a night too park on the property and there was not always available parking if we come back to the room after 8:00."

"The room was beautifully decorated and everything looked like new. Parking spots are very narrow and limited. However the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything outside and in the neighboring rooms. Both nights we were awaken by noise from other rooms in the middle of the night. The staff could be friendlier. We had an issue with the tub but was repaired quickly but that meant our room did not get cleaned. "

"We stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping only came by once but we were told at check in that they are suppose to come by every other day. Trash started to accumulate quickly with 5 people. Pool towels are essentially hand towles they are so tiny. Hotel breakfast was nothing to write home about. Older lady at the front desk was very rude. Overall a very meh experience for the price we paid."
