"Pancake machine didn’t work and breakfast sandwiches were cold. Pool area was closed due to work and I wasn’t informed ahead of time. Not a great experience "

"I have never stayed at a hotel with a staff like this one. I actually received a phone call from them saying that I could check in at 2:00, in response to a request made by me the day before. They also volunteered a meeting room for us to use for a 2-hour murder mystery. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was constantly replenishing the food and tidying up the area. The desk staff was friendly and the room was clean."

"The shower head was tilted almost straight up, with water falling against the far wall, so it coud not touch my body. It was so high that i coud not reach it, to change the tilt. The bed(s) were so close to the wall with the thermostat -- about 8 or 9 inches, and near the pillows of the closest bed. VERY hard to walk to it so I could adjust the temperature of the room!!! "We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again."

"Location was great. It was quiet no outside traffic noise. I liked that you could order from bar area restaurant until 10pm. Really nice gym and pool. Dont like the fact people can see in from the outside. Its on the lower garage level. Breakfast lounge area was very nice, spacious need key card to enter.
