"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. "The location was excellent, check in smooth and easy, very welcoming. The room was fabulous, the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The room was small but perfect for our stay. We liked the decor and the vibe of the place. My only negative was that there was only one big towel and we had showers so it made it awkward as i booked as a couple. It did not effect our stay or my recommendation. I will definitely stay here again."

"Check in was easy and the reception staff were friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom spotless. We appreciated the free soft drinks and chilled water. The hotel is conveniently placed for both shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, there were plenty of hot and cold options, delicious pastries and breads. An easy to use coffee and tea machine is available. Would highly recommend this hotel and will use again."
