"From check in up until the time we checked out, every staff member was cheery and helpful. Breakfast, amazing choice of continental and cooked to order. Room comfortable. Shower pressure v.good. Instant hot water. Molton Brown products. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose The Wood Norton when we next visit relatives in Worcestershire."

"This property is exceptional, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, safe room, water provided every day, lovely staff, great food, we had beautiful breakfasts every morning of our 4 nights stay & dined in the restaurant 1 night, we had a room with a lovely view of the Severn, my only gripe is that the rooms are very warm, a fan was provided which helped a bit. "The hot tub and pool were closed for refurb disappointment as one of the reasons for booking hotel Never mind the rest of the stay was top notch. Rooms beds and shower all top rate. Must mention the Breakfasts which were cooked to perfection service in dinning room fantastic. "
