"El lugar cuando entras queda en el medio de una pista de carreras en construcción y una playa bastante agradable se puede ir caminando, muy buen lugar para tenerlo más limpio y más atendidos. Llegamos la piscina el agua estaba turbia. Hay mucha caca de gato en las áreas de caminar, el lugar no está limpio,se ve cómo se va desmejorando y no le dan su atención. Nunca tuvimos presión de agua nos bañamos con un vaso durante 3 días; ya q se había explotado la cisterna de agua caliente, tras no haber agua era fría. El último día no bajaba ni el hilo de agua que nos resolvía; fui a recepción para quejarme del agua y solucionaron con darme 3 botellas de agua para tomar de una nevera. Éramos 3 adultos en el cuarto más mi bebé de 2años. Mi coraje fue empeorado; al inicio de la estancia te hacen firmar sobre políticas de no devolver el dinero. Se respeta pero con un lugar cómo ese con gran potencial no es para que sus huéspedes vallan de vacaciones y tengas q lidiar con problemas. El cuarto está muy viejo y se veía el sucio de lava manos. Nunca fueron a limpiar ni a llevarnos toallas; las tuvimos q pedir. También tiene una plaga de mosquitos en el área del billar! Mi error fue no ver los review porq todos hablan horrores de dicho lugar y sus respuestas son que van a mejorar pero al parecer no quieren crecer en la vida… el pueblo de PONCE es hermosos pero este lugar no es el que estás buscando para pasar días inolvidables."

"We booked a room through Expedia at the Vista Verde Hotel but when we arrived, they told us that they thought we had cancelled our reservation and they had no available rooms. We had cancelled a longer stay we had made and re-booked it for just one night but they said they had no record of it even though we had an itinerary through Expedia. They couldn't call Expedia for us to get it straightened out. When I got back from vacation, I called Expedia and asked for a refund and they said they have to wait until they can contact the hotel and verify the story. It has been days and they still say they can't get a hold of the property. This is ridiculous. Expedia took my money for a room and then the room wasn't available so to me it's cut and dry - I am owed a refund. It's ridiculous this run-around they are putting me the through!"

"The rooms need refurbishing. The bathroom door of my room had a hole. The comforter had a blood stain. House keeping came and changed the next day. Pool area beautiful. Staff great and friendly. "
