"自転車での利用でしたので、駐輪場をお借りする際、雨予報が出ていたため、フロントスタッフの方が軒下での駐輪を許可してくださいました。自転車は大雨の中でも濡れず、次の日のライドも快適に行えました。臨機応変な対応に心から感謝です。また、外出する際に傘をお借りしました。笑顔で対応していただいたので、とてもいい気持ちでした。 部屋は、息子と2人で泊まるのにちょうど良いサイズ。そして、新幹線好きの息子は新幹線が通るのを喜んで見ておりました。 ちょっと新幹線の通過音が気になる方はいると思いますが、しっかり眠れました。"
