"The staff was hit or miss; at check-in, they had a hard time making keys. They chalked it up to a machine issue.
Since I checked in and mind you, I was there for 14 days; one of the elevators was consistently not working, and at some point, someone had gotten stuck in there for about 20 minutes. The rooms are in decent shape, I would also add the staff is not keen on making sure they’re keeping up with housekeeping unless you continually ask
The breakfast was actually probably the highlight...
