"I booked this location to attend a Concert; instead of rushing downtown in traffic I figured I could get a room get dressed and walk over to the venue when it was time to check in at 5:30 PM I was told that no rooms were available. Of course they apologize for the inconvenience, but the inconvenience was already done. Had to go all the way back home. Get dressed drive back downtown pay for parking.
