"Soulshine Bali hotel was an Amazing experience. The hotel staff were amazing, very sweet and accommodating. They also upgraded my room for free to a better room prior to getting there so when I arrived, I was able to stay in a larger sized room with better amenities. "Had a room opposite the restaurant and lounge so it was noisy from guests talking at night and in the morning. Once till 3:30am. Room had a musty smell from the bathroom. Restaurant food was good in the evenings, we ate there twice. Buffet breakfast was ok, but the Ala carte breakfast on the last day during low occupancy was very good."

"毎日綺麗に部屋を整えてくれた"

"Great hospitality. They greet you with a great green beverage. They walk you to your room and explain their accommodations along with the hours. The rooms are very very clean. When I come back to bali I will choose this Resort again."

"Such a lovely hotel and lovely staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a beautiful pool right outside your door to relax by. Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks like fresh coconuts all day. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and will definitely be staying here again if I ever come back to Bali!"
