"The bathroom was shocking, not how it was advertised as a Delux room. Church the attached images and look at the bathroom pictures in hotels.com for how the Delux room is advertised. I couldn't take a shower or use the toilet in fear I would get sick. I asked for a refund and they said no. It was very late and all I could do was sleep in the bed."
