"A/C in room was broken. Young woman at the front desk did not care and did not care to help. Property is ok if just spending the night to catch a flight. The people who work there are just there to collect their paycheck. They don’t care about their job or providing customer service. I will stay elsewhere on my way through the next time. "

"The lobby smelled like cat urine as well as the main stairs The gentleman at the front desk didn’t disclose that the TV was out in the whole building they illegally charge you tax on your deposit and the taxes are not refunded I was placed on the second floor when my wife was visibly unable to walk stairs because she was on crutches when I asked for the accommodation I was refused the room was dirty with pet hair everywhere it was so bad that we did not even complete our stay even after being refused a refund . We stayed one night out of the four and left in the morning and will not be coming back to this establishment The problem is the owner and management and front desk housekeepers are nice but they are very limited in the ability to provide services because of management "
