"In Expedia shows as Hotel but it’s a nice residence without hotel Services. Room in general was fine (bed was really comfortable and shower was super). There were some problem with Wc table not stable and not enough privacy since the toilet is separated to the bedroom only by one glass door. Every night it was a smell of fire (even if you have the window closed) maybe from a pizzeria or bakery next to residence. We didnt find any spa. Italian breakfast it’s to another hotel near by. "Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming.
