"The staff was very friendly. Fixed the air conditioner as soon as I let them know something was wrong. Clean rooms, soft beds, hot water, and fresh coffee. Very nice stay."

"Overall great place to stay and will stay again. Some things are out of the customer or establishments control such as noisy guests or the family dog occasionally barking. Great breakfast, clean room, responsive staff. You won't go wrong here. The Legacy Museum is on in walking distance as well and the Riverwalk. Ideal for college student drop-off at ASU."

"Terri at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when I asked to have a room on a lower floor. The hotel is not very easy to get to from the Interstate but we like Hampton so did not want to settle for cheaper hotels on the West side. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would like to see improved is the area under the bathroom sink needs cleaned. Otherwise it was a good stay."

"Front entrance is good as most hotels are. Rooms have paint and ceiling falling, mold in shower, mold on walls by sink, electrical plugs are extremely old and worn out. They barley hold anything in them. Electrical covers missing from plugs which is a risk of kids or someone electrocuting themselves, main metal support that holds roof up is completely rusted out, surprisingly it has not falling and hurt or killed someone. Shower has holes in plastic walls where I'm sure water is running in and...

"The room was dirty hair was in the shower the dispenser was empty in shower I asked to be moved they claimed it was sold out breakfast was cold no waffles or pancakes was available and th black front service desk lady was rude"

"The room was small as a closet and it was a 2 feet box hanging on the wall with 2 hangers on it that was what they called a closet no chairs for sitting except a tiny shower chair by the vanity by the front door next to the shelf with the 2 hangers on it. Now the he bathroom was alright but when we closed the door it only closed 3/4 it was the wrong size Literally a small door and I could fit my head through it and talk …Wow !!! For $238. we left and got a refund for 1 day not both ….and there...

"We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home!! We appreciated the pool and the convenience of having EV chargers available on-site. Everything made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!! We would definitely stay here again!"
