"We loved the hotel. Our room was partial ocean view and had a window that opened up to let fresh air in. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious. There were many dining options within walking distance. We rode the bus to town, about a twenty minute ride and rode the tram back. Bothe stops were about a block away. We would stay here again.there was also a lovely rooftop terrace and pool."

"Wonderful apartment in a great location in Matosinhos, very walkable to all parts of town. The host was very welcoming. The bed was super comfortable so important for pilgrims walking all day. Breakfast was fantastic and a great start to our day. Highly recommend staying here."

"Clean, uncluttered, fun design, and smells and looks like great inside those 1895 walls. The staff was ultra-pleasant and helpful about the area. Breakfast : Good. We ate at Dom Zeferino on the next block over for dinner and had excellent fish at a great price. The beds are a 9 out of ten and the bathroom is spacious. The view over the pool and back patio was nice. Great A/C. Dark room at night with blockout curtains. No elevator so ask about help up the steps if you will need it with your luggage. Our room #4 had plenty of space to open two suitcases on the floor side by side. Loved it. Would stay there again. Parking garage down the street if you can’t park next to the hotel."
