"立地は便利な割に静か．客室はシンプル．歯ブラシや飲み物など必要なものはフロントに置いてるので、無駄がなくて良い。朝ごはんは、系列の農園で採れたものらしく、そういうのは嬉しい。"

Hotel Katsuyama Premiere
"立地がよく、道後温泉へも路面電車の勝山駅まで歩いて5分くらい、松山城へも歩ける距離で飲食店もコンビニも近くにあって大変便利でした。 駐車場は提携駐車場を案内していた だき、一泊800円で停められたので助かりました。 客室は隣や上階の音はもちろん外の音も気になることなく静かに過ごせました。 ただ、清掃が行き届いていないのでは？と思う点がいくつかありました。 客室のテーブルに埃があったり、床がベトベトしていたりして気になりました。 また、大浴場でも浴室用の椅子にカビが生えていたりして心地よく過ごせませんでした。 せっかく立地も内装もいいホテルだったのに勿体ないです。 ..."
