She hands down handled check ins, check outs, rude patrons, manual walk ups to rooms, impatient individuals, calls to corporate, IT calls, ALL with PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENCE, KINDNESS & I DONT THINK SHE EVER WENT TO LUNCH IR HAD A BATHROOM BREAK through the entire shift. It was even a gathering in the first floor room, and these people were spilling stuff all through the lobby and tracking it all over the floor and she had to try to make sure that that got cleaned...

"Night desk person was very rude. Didn’t want me on the property due to an issue over the phone, so made an excuse to kick me out saying I was smoking. I have never smoked, so how did he smell smoke? Lies. Will never return or recommend anyone to this property."
