"The Hotel looked like it had been not working for years, adn it had just reoponed. It smelled awfull. The curtains of the room didnt work properly so the light from the parking lots shot a my face all night. Custormer Service was poor at best. "

"I had a paid reservation to this property. When I arrived at 3:30 pm No one was at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes and made several phone call to customer service, The front desk clerk rudely told me they had no rooms and to go elsewhere. I couldn't believe it."
