"I left a shawl in the room… because it was not in my luggage. When I called the hotel they said they didn’t find anything. Which I find hard to believe. But your front desk and morning lady that prepared breakfast was very friendly!"

"It was very interesting. I was told that it was European architecturally. The rooms were nice beds were comfortable. The only issue I had is that there was there was a really strong disagreeable odor that permeated the whole building. Anybody that was more sensitive than I am to smells might have a problem. It was a very industrial type smell like adhesive maybe."

"Would not stay here again. I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. The most concerning issue occurred when hotel staff entered my room unexpectedly while I was inside. This was a major privacy concern and significantly impacted my stay. I...

"Very welcoming staff right on entrance. The entire hotel smelled really nice inside. We were on the 2nd floor and there’s only one elevator I believe for the entire place . This was a little annoying cause you had to wait a while. We ordered room service and the food was actually really good . Shower was nice but hated the sink. The towels were like sandpaper so they might want to invest in some fabric softener. Overall for only 1 night it was an ok stay."

"No breakfast, took me four times to get a room, the bottom ones have sliding glass doors to parking lot with one tiny latch, smelled like smoke, the outside doors are broken so key cards dont work on them, was there 4 days nobody ever cleaned my room, got no new towels , ran out of toilet paper, no down feather alternative pillow, no lotion, no extra anything."

"The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for us. There was plenty of parking and I felt the neighborhood was very safe and I didn’t worry about my vehicle. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Little Rock."
