"THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!!! We contacted Theodor who said to let the water run for 15 minutes, but after 2 hours it was still freezing cold! We messaged the Property Manager thru hotels.com and NO RESPONSE. While this apartment is very clean, small, and modern with accurate pictures, Make sure they have Hot water before staying here !
