This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. "The property is a run down. The apartment is decorated all in brown and hence dark. We did not realize that we would need to make our own beds and clean the apartment upon leaving.
