I did find the number of messages a little excessive and I was asked about my intended check out time before I’d even checked in! There were some dying flowers in the lounge which created a strong smell. Be aware in advance you need to supply your own drinking water. Very comfy bed. A generally noisy environment, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. "
