"This is an amazing place to stay . We stayed for 2 nights with our dog . It’s such a dog friendly place. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean . Restaurant was lovely, food great . Breakfast was very good . Amazing views & walks . The plants,trees & grounds were kept to an exceptional standard . We walked to Black Pool Mill through the woods beautiful walk . Thankyou to all the wonderful staff who couldn’t do enough for you . We will definitely be coming back ."

"The room was good size and quiet . We eat in the hotel at night the meal was ok the chips were a little well done. We had breakfast the next morning my self and my friend went for eggs Benedict it was ok but cold we both commented on the fact . My husband had the buffet breakfast and he had the eggs cooked,but when he went to the buffet it was empty and had the last sausage and the rest was dried up .The coffee was a machine that didn’t work ( the lady made the coffee for us ) the tea was available and the hot water in the jug was cold ! I took a tea made my tea and then discovered it was cold. It was 8.30 I think they needed more staff as there was only one lady who was working really hard. There was a toaster but no toast I asked and the lady said we will do some for you. Which was appreciated . I think they need to check the Buffet and just put some bread out also when the toast arrived they was no butter or preserves also try and arrange things better rather than walking around looking for things. These are all minor things that could be rectified .the cost was £15.99 and really not worth it ."

"I have lost count of how often i have stayed at The Mariner's.....well into double figures over the past 18 months alone. As a former native of Haverfordwest, i know the town exceptionally well. This is how I know how central The Mariner's location is. The staff here are outstanding. The rooms generous, clean & comfortable. The place oozes a unique charm (it's 400 years old). The food is lovely with generous portions. The cooked breakfast is outstanding. Yes, you can use a Premier Inn but it's more expensive, the food average, the staff perfunctory, the rooms modest but clinical, the wi-fi generally poor and paying an additional fee for better connection is a waste of time and money. Plus, television service can be particularly ropey. So, stay at The Mariner's where you will be treated in a very welcoming & friendly manner, where you eat, drink & relax in a comfortable hotel where everything works as it should. You can even bring your dog. You've guessed it.....I'm a huge fan. I love staying here and looking forward to my next visit in May."

"The weather was just Wales at it’s best, what made the difference was the wood burner, hammocks, hot tub, the size of the bus was a pleasant surprise, as were the facilities on the bus, views were amazing, we will look at other stays for next year, great experience by myself and my wife. "

Extremely friendly owners who couldn’t do Enough to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. Bottle of prosecco and Welsh cakes on arrival just added to what a was an amazing accommodation. The hot tub was a superb place way to finish each evening in style, we will be back! Superb. "
