"The property is in a good location. The rooms were clean and plenty of restaurants close to the property. We did have an issue on the first night. My wife started scratching her arms and turned on the lights to see if there were ants or something else. She killed 3 almost invisible bugs. They looked like bed bugs. They already had blood in them. She went to the desk to have them move us to a different room and the staff moved us immediately. The next morning my wife went back to the front desk to return the keys from the room with bugs and told the employee the situation. Employee yelled at my wife and told her not to say that what bit her were bed bugs. With a very loud voice, she told my wife that they could have been mosquitos, fleas, ticks, or some other bug but not bed bugs. She basically called my wife ignorant for not knowing what bit her. My wife just told her that she knew the bugs and it was a bed bug. My wife is allergic to any type of insect, so she had several red sores on her arm and feet. This particular staff member was very rude."

"We will be back! Some improvements though would be replace mattresses (hard or broken down), improve quality of breakfasts, provide half n half instead of powdered creamer at self serve coffee machines, include pastries or muffins in breakfast offerings, and dust blinds please."

"I was met by Mel. She was very welcoming and helpful. Its an older building, but you can see they are working on it. The rooms were very clean, sheets were nice and crisp. I would like the pool to be available the next time I stay as I do plan to stay again when I visit family. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deal."

"It was an adequate stay for one night and would stay again for the favorable pricebut…the pool was closed and I assume also the gym because the key pad didn’t work for it. .i was near an outside door and the key pad didn’t work so I couldn’t come in and out the door. There were no large towels or floor mat in my room, only hand towels. Finally and most importance… Expedia advertises that the checkout time for this room is 12 PM and all of my Expedia documents say 12 PM. However, as I was getting ready at 11 AM, first the housekeeping, and then the front desk came knocking on my door and calling through the door for me. They informed me that checkout time was 11 AM and when I told them that all of my documentation stated 12 PM they said they had instructed Expedia to change the time. I told them that I would get ready as quickly as I could and vacate the room, but I did not love this experience of a nice easy morning getting cut short by being abruptly asked to leave before I was ready. Either Expedia needs to immediately update their information or the hotel needs to allow Expedia guests to stay until noon. This was an unpleasant surprise."

"There was no breakfast available by 8:00 AM. When we initially tried to inform the reception team about this, there was no one available at the reception desk for almost 20 minutes. Later, when we were finally able to speak with the reception team, we were informed that there was no more breakfast available. However, the booking details clearly mentioned that breakfast would be served until 9:30 AM. Traveling with two small kids made this situation especially difficult, as we had planned our morning around having breakfast at the hotel and were left trying to arrange alternatives at the last minute."
